Basic Guidelines to Receive Pet Food
You can receive pet food on your very first visit — just complete our simple application.
Our goal is to support families in need while making sure pets stay safe, healthy, and cared for.
What We Need From You
Bruno’s Pro-Bone-O Pet Pantry collects only basic information and a signed affidavit.
All information is kept strictly confidential and used only for statistical purposes to help us improve the program.
We may ask for additional information if needed.
Your Responsibilities as a Pet Owner
To receive food through the pantry, you must agree to:
Use your pets for companionship only, not for breeding or any illegal activity.
Maintain healthy and safe living conditions for all pets in your home. If you cannot provide this, you must notify someone.
Ensure your pets always have adequate fresh water.
Not tether or chain your pets 24/7.
Understand that food is provided once per month and the number of pets we can support per household may be limited. Exceptions can be discussed when necessary.
Program Integrity
We take the generosity of our donors seriously.
Bruno’s reserves the right to refuse assistance to anyone who abuses the program.
If donated food or items are resold, the entire household will be permanently banned from the program.
Testimonials
By accepting food or services from Bruno’s, you agree that—for outreach purposes—we may request a brief testimonial about how the pantry has helped you and your pets.
Sharing your story helps us secure future support and grants.
Liability Notice
By receiving food or services from Bruno’s Pro-Bone-O Pet Pantry:
You agree that Bruno’s, its staff, volunteers, and benefactors cannot be held legally liable if your pet becomes ill, experiences stomach upset, or passes away.
Because we rely on donated food, the brand you receive may not match your pet’s usual diet, and we make recipients aware of this risk.
